Meet Tor
Founder of Showgirl Sass Jersey
I’m Tor Stirrup, and I created Showgirl Sass Jersey to help women reconnect with their confidence, embrace their bodies, and unleash their inner power through movement.
My own journey wasn’t easy—I know what it’s like to feel stuck, disconnected, and unsure of yourself. But everything changed when I stepped into my first dance class. Movement became my therapy, my escape, and ultimately, my passion. It transformed the way I saw myself, and now, I help other women experience that same powerful shift.
At Showgirl Sass Jersey, it’s not just about fitness—it’s about self-expression, breaking through fears, and discovering what your body is truly capable of. Whether you're twirling in an aerial hoop, channeling your inner showgirl, or stepping into a giant martini glass (yes, really!), you’ll find a vibrant, supportive community cheering you on.
Our space, lovingly called “The Pink Palace,” is a haven for women of all ages and abilities to move, grow, and celebrate themselves. No matter where you’re starting from, I promise—you’re stronger, braver, and more fabulous than you think.

That’s fine, we will build your flexibility and strength as we go and each lesson is tailored to you and your unique capabilities
What type of classes do you offer?
We offer Aerial and Burlesque inspired Dance Classes.
What is the difference between the classes
Aerial - Private 1 to 1sessions tailored to you to build skills on a variety of apparatus including aerial hoop, silks, hammock and lollipop.
Group Dance Classes - An opportunity to learn fun showgilr routines alongside a group of like minded woman.
